Dragon Palace

This project is slightly different from those we did previously, instead of doing design, we act as project managers which represent our clients - providing professional advice, understanding their requirements in order to prepare a set of tender documents for seeking a suitable local architect.

The project is located in Cambodia, where the client decided to demolish the existing building, and construct a 2-storey contemporary Chinese restaurant. The ground floor is where the traditional Chinese restaurant locate, while the second floor features a Western-style outdoor bar. Our role was to act as a bridge between the client and the local architect, communicating the client's desired design style and functional requirements to the local architect, assisting in modifying the design as necessary, and ensuring quality control.
