Sativa

This is a 2 bedrooms private villa project in Ubud, Bali.

The design style is modern, exposing the structures and build with combinations of local materials. Using local timber and raw concrete to create the significance of textures.

The architecture design is suited for tropical living, where there is no need of fully enclosed living areas. All parts of the building have enough natural lights during the day and the air circulates freely so that the villa is bright and comfortably cool. Living and dining areas are open to the pool, deck and small garden. Main bathroom is semi open, with bathtub and showers located under the existing tree.

The floorplan is formed so that an existing tree is preserved.

Sativa Villa unites the surrounding natural environment and the internal space, brings the living area with different possibilities and mobilities.
