Vista Paradiso
The completed project is a 3-bedroom unit in the Seaview Terrace, where the owner wished to maintain the original sense of space, facilitate interaction with children, and consider the storage and placement of miscellaneous items without affecting the line of sight and maintaining a fresh and simple feeling.
Upon entering the home, life unfolds along a curved line that connects the foyer, dining room, and living room, minimizing the fragmented feeling of different spaces and furniture by appropriately unifying and integrating them. The curved tall cabinet uses the "solid" and "void" technique, with the "void" distributed in the foyer shoe-changing area, half-height shoe cabinet, dining room glass display cabinet, and living room TV cabinet, reducing the pressure in the foyer and further expanding the sense of space in the dining room. The living room has no tall cabinets, allowing for an unobstructed view of the sea while sitting on the sofa.
The tall cabinet and flooring bring out the delicate wood texture and consistent color tone, while the wall texture and light blue color that echo the sea view spark interesting conversations in the clean white space.
